Mr. Custodio joined Fremont Realty Capital in 1997. He is actively involved on the Management Committees of some of Fremont Realty Capital’s residential investments and has previously served on the Board of Directors of Fretus Investors, LLC and Hearthstone Assisted Living, Inc.

Prior to joining Fremont Realty Capital, Mr. Custodio served as Senior Analyst for Fremont Properties where he played an integral role in the underwriting of new acquisitions and development opportunities, as well as assisting in debt refinancing and other investment management activities. Previously, Mr. Custodio worked at BA Investment Real Estate, an institutional real estate advisory group of Bank of America.

Mr. Custodio is a CFA charterholder and a member of the CFA Institute, the National Council of Real Estate Investment Fiduciaries and the Urban Land Institute. Mr. Custodio received a B.S. in Real Estate and Finance from the Haas School of Business at the University of California at Berkeley.
