Mr. Kwok joined Fremont Realty Capital in 1999 and brings more than 17 years of real estate experience. In his role as CFO, Mr. Kwok manages and oversees all accounting, financial reporting, tax compliance, risk management, and strategic financial planning functions.

Prior to joining Fremont Realty Capital, Mr. Kwok was Controller for The Castle Group, a leading developer and builder of large-scale multi-family residential projects in the San Francisco Bay Area.  Previously, he served as Chief Financial Officer for PNW Corporation, a San Francisco-based real estate investment and development subsidiary of a leading Japanese transportation company, Tokyo Nohin Daiko Co., Ltd.  Mr. Kwok started his career in public accounting and was a senior audit manager with the international accounting firm of Laventhol and Horwath.

Mr. Kwok is a Certified Public Accountant in California and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the California Society of Certified Public Accountants, the National Council of Real Estate Investment Fiduciaries, and the National Association of Real Estate Investment Managers. He received his B.S. degree in Accounting from the Haas School of Business at the University of California at Berkeley.
