Ms. Menachof brings more than 20 years of experience in real estate law to Fremont Realty Capital. Since joining Fremont Group’s legal department in 1990, Ms. Menachof has undertaken legal responsibility for a wide range of real estate investments involving acquisitions, financings, development, leasing, dispositions, joint ventures, restructurings, exchanges, and all aspects of operations. Prior to joining Fremont, she was associated with the international law firm of Morrison & Foerster, serving in its San Francisco and Walnut Creek, California offices where she focused on real estate, corporate and environmental matters for a diverse group of clients, including corporations, joint ventures, investment advisors, insurance companies, master developers, real estate partnerships and start-ups.
Ms. Menachof is a member of the American Bar Association, the California Bar Association, and the San Francisco Bar Association, the Association of Corporate Counsel, and the San Francisco chapter of National Network of Commercial Real Estate Women. She received her B.A. in History with honors and great distinction in scholarship from the University of California at Berkeley and her J.D. from the University of California Hastings College of the Law, graduating summa cum laude.
