Ms. Naidu joined Fremont Realty Capital in 2007 and is involved with all aspects of existing and prospective real estate private equity investments. 

Previously she was an Analyst in the Real Estate Investment Banking group at Merrill Lynch, where she evaluated a variety of equity and debt transactions.  Prior to working at Merrill Lynch, she was an associate manager at Hudson River Group. 

Priya received her B.S. in economics, with concentrations in management and marketing from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
