Mr. Reidy joined Fremont Realty Capital in 1997 and brings more than 16 years of real estate experience to Fremont Realty Capital. Mr. Reidy is actively involved on the Management Committees of some of Fremont Realty Capital’s senior housing, lodging, retail and residential investments and has previously served on the Board of Directors or Management Committees of Shurgard Self Storage S.C.A. (Shurgard Europe), Preferred Freezer, Caribbean Retail Ventures, LLC, Fretus Investors, LLC, Hearthstone Assisted Living, Inc., Education Properties Trust, and Shurgard Fremont Partners I & II. Prior to joining Fremont Realty Capital in 1997, Mr. Reidy was an Asset Manager for Fremont Properties with responsibility for office, industrial, retail and land assets owned directly and through various institutional partnership entities.  He previously held positions within Fremont Group’s leveraged buyouts, corporate finance, treasury and strategic planning, and reporting groups.  Before joining Fremont, Mr. Reidy held positions in the business development, venture capital and strategic planning with Burroughs Computer in the U.S. and England.

Mr. Reidy is a member of the National Council of Real Estate Fiduciaries, the National Association of Real Estate Investment Managers and the Urban Land Institute.  Mr. Reidy received a B.S. in Finance from California State University Sacramento and completed graduate studies in International Business and Economics at the University of Kent, Canterbury, England.
