Mr. Sidelsky, who joined Fremont Realty Capital in 1999, brings more than 11 years of real estate experience. He has been involved in sourcing, structuring, executing and managing Fremont Realty Capital's private equity investments in real estate operating companies as well as real estate projects.  He is also actively involved on the Management Committees of a number of Fremont Realty Capital’s investments. Previously, Mr. Sidelsky worked as an architect in the cities of Johannesburg, Tel Aviv, Berlin, Los Angeles and in New York with Skidmore, Owings & Merrill. 

Mr. Sidelsky is a member of the National Council of Real Estate Investment Fiduciaries. He received a Bachelors Degree in Architecture from the University of the Witwatersrand in Johannesburg, South Africa and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School in Finance and Real Estate Finance where he was a recipient of the Counselors in Real Estate Scholarship and a member of the Dean’s Honor List.
