Mr. Singh joined Fremont Realty Capital in 2005 and is involved with all aspects of existing and prospective real estate private equity investments. 

Previously he was an Analyst in the Real Estate and Lodging Investment Banking Group at Banc of America Securities where he analyzed and executed a variety of transactions.

Mr. Singh received a B.S. in Finance and Real Estate from the Haas School of Business at the University of California at Berkeley.
