Mr. Zeiger joined Fremont Realty Capital in 2006 and is involved with all aspects of existing and prospective real estate private equity investments.

Prior to joining Fremont Realty Capital, Mr. Zeiger was an Associate in the Real Estate and Lodging Investment Banking Group at Banc of America Securities where he analyzed and executed a variety of transactions. Previously, Mr. Zeiger was an Analyst in the Global Growth and M&A Groups at Merrill Lynch & Co.

Mr. Zeiger is a CFA charterholder and a member of the CFA Institute and the Urban Land Institute. He received a B.A. in Economics and Applied Mathematics from Northwestern University and an M.B.A. in Finance and Real Estate from the Kellogg School of Management.
