Since joining Fremont Realty Capital in 2003, Ms. Zietlow has been involved in sourcing, structuring, executing and managing private equity investments in real estate operating companies as well as real estate projects. She is actively involved on the Management Committees of some of Fremont Realty Capital’s land investments.

Prior to joining Fremont Realty Capital, she was an Investment Banking Associate and research analyst at JPMorgan in New York and was with the Trump Organization in New York, managing luxury residential condominium and hotel developments. Ms. Zietlow previously worked at Deutsche Bank's Real Estate Investment Banking Group and GE Investments' Private Equity Group.

Ms. Zietlow is a CFA charterholder and a member of the CFA Institute and the Urban Land Institute. She received a B.A. in Architecture with high honors from the University of California at Berkeley, an M.S. in Real Estate from Columbia University and an M.B.A in Finance from The Wharton School.
